Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic shipping

Shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Delays & lost packages
Carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number.
