Returns & Refunds — Rocha BC

You may return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible items
Apparel and lifestyle products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Climbing gear (chalk, brushes, buckets, etc.) must be unused, free of chalk, dirt, or damage, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used chalk, opened skin-care products, or items showing wear or damage from use.

How to start a return
Contact us via our About page or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us — we will help arrange an exchange where stock allows.
